In this 2011 article, Robert Morris defends the unity of body, mind, and spirit, specifically as it connects to prayer. Such a unity requires both disciplining the flesh, so that desires and feelings don’t rule one’s life, and embracing the joyful use of the “little power pack” (as Dallas called the body) that God created.
