KNOWING CHRIST CONFERENCE

Who is to bring the knowledge that will answer the great life questions that perplex humanity? Who is to teach the world–the “nations,” people of all kinds–the knowledge that belongs to Christ and his people?

The Knowing Christ conference of 2013 will be a celebration of the teaching of Dallas Willard for ministry leaders, pastors, and Christian educators. The conference is designed to help Christian leaders embrace their role as teachers of the knowledge of God in Christ, with a special emphasis on knowledge for living well. Two pre-conference sessions will deal with soul care for the pastor and soul care for the church, while other conference sessions will discuss spiritual disciplines for pastors and congregations, living into the Kingdom of God, and the church as the place for learning how to live, not just how to die. All are welcome. Pastors, ministry leaders, Christian educators, and seminary students are particularly encouraged to attend.
